Corporate Philanthropy Award 2020

This award is given to companies for outstanding contributions in the field of giving and charity. This year, the Vsetín City Council decided to present the award to KOVAR a.s., in recognition of our long-standing commitment to helping address the needs of local organizations.
Education and Training

We successfully completed our two-year education and training project in March this year, with more than 3,000 hours of training finished.
Donated: Breathing Monitors

Our company supported the Vsetín Hospital’s pediatric department by funding five breathing monitors, helping to protect the lives of newborns and infants. The donation was made through the Křižovatka Foundation.
Technical Fair & Job Exchange

In October, we participated in the Technical Fair and Job Exchange in the Vsetín region. The event aimed to introduce primary school students to technical fields and help them decide on their future education path.
Summer Celebration of the 25th Anniversary

On June 30, 2017, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of our company together with employees, partners, and local officials. The event included employee recognition, cultural performances, a football tournament and a donation to a local charity.
25 Years of Container Production

A full quarter century has passed since March 1992, when three partners founded Kovar s.r.o. Over the past 25 years, we have grown from a small company with 34 employees in a single hall into a joint-stock company with 250 employees.
