In March 2019, we successfully completed our two-year education and training project.

A total of 33 employees took part in the program, completing 3,026 hours of training over 155 training days. The total project value was approximately CZK 1.2 million, with 15% co-financing. Training was provided not only for top management, but also for colleagues from the sales and production departments. We also involved other employees in teamwork development. For example, our colleagues in accounting, finance, and legal courses completed over 200 hours of training.

I firmly believe that this time was valuable for both our professional and personal development, and it also contributed to the growth of our company.
