Power Supply Containers
Dynamic and flexible for a modern world – reliable solutions for:
Data Centres
IT Infrastructure
Industrial Projects
Telecom Stations
Emergency and Crisis Response
Diverse Buildings and Facilities
Containerised energy solutions respond to the evolving demands of power supply.
Housing generators, transformers or battery systems in containers offers clear advantages in terms of fast installation, easy transport, and adaptability to both power supply requirements and operational needs.
Traditional approaches – such as installing energy systems in buildings – often face limitations: lengthy planning phases, complex construction, high costs, and little flexibility for future changes.
Key Benefits of Containerised Energy Solutions:
- Fast Installation: Containers are delivered ready for immediate operation, eliminating the need for lengthy construction work.
- Customised Design: Each container is designed in collaboration with the customer to meet the specific requirements of the application.
- Mobility and Flexibility: Containers can be easily relocated to meet changing needs – a major advantage over permanent buildings. The containers can also be permanently installed on a truck. A hook-lift (abroll) frame offers additional flexibility for transport.
- Scalability: As energy demands grow, the system can be expanded with additional container units.
- Reliability: Containers offer robust protection against weather and mechanical damage, ensuring stable operation even in demanding conditions.
Examples of Features and Equipment Options for Energy Containers.

We customise each container to suit generators, batteries, or transformers. In cooperation with our clients, we design and integrate the most suitable equipment, such as:
- Reinforcements, rails, or steel profiles to support loads anywhere in the container
- Add-on structures for air intake and exhaust (e.g., air towers, ducting)
- Sound insulation as specified, with acoustic attenuation calculations if required, including ventilation systems and acoustic baffles, as well as certified doors
- Thermal or fire insulation, optionally with detailed performance calculations, incl. certified fire doors
- Anti-drumming coating for generator noise reduction
- Flanges and penetrations for piping connections
- Spill containment trays beneath generators and batteries
- Ventilation shutters with rain-protected dampers or louvres
- Mounting plates, rails, or crane beams for suspending your equipment
- Partitions or inner walls for tailored spatial layouts
- Control rooms integrated within the container, separated by walls, windows, mesh panels, etc.
- Electrical wiring for both operation and integrated technology – per our or your design
- Removable wall sections for easy insertion of large generators or transformers
- Hinged gates/doors for access to transformers or generators at any point
- Personnel doors with required properties (e.g., fire-rated, burglar-resistant, soundproof)
- Various service hatches or panels for easy access to control elements of transformers and generators
Structural Design
Each container is structurally designed according to your specific requirements. During the design phase, we provide detailed technical drawings, allowing you to review, consult and modify the proposed solution before production begins.
Surface Treatment
The painting process is tailored to individual requirements – from standard coatings for C3 environments to specialised multi-layer protection systems for high-demand C5 environments (industrial or coastal).
Surface preparation by blasting is standard for all containers. Any auxiliary structures are hot-dip galvanized. Coating processes are supervised by FROSIO-certified inspectors.
We’ll be happy to discuss your specific requirements for an energy container – feel free to get in touch.
