With customised construction, you may not only install your machines and equipment inside the container but also transport it. This significantly speeds up installation and commissioning of the entire system.

Container Components & Details

Our custom-built containers allow for complete adaptation to your specific machinery. The placement of all components, load distribution on the floor/walls/roof, cut-outs, flanges, and ventilation elements – all these features are designed and documented in drawings or 3D models based on your specifications.

We can integrate e.g. the following elements into your container:

• Reinforcements for supporting loads anywhere within the container
• Acoustic, thermal, or fire insulation (including design and performance calculations)
• Flanges and penetrations for piping connections
• Supply and exhaust air systems with rain-protected dampers or louvres
• Mounting plates, rails or crane beams for suspending your equipment
• Various openings with protective covers
• Drip trays under the machines/equipment, including testing options
• Electrical systems for both general service and specific equipment, per design
• Windows in various configurations, inclusive fire-resistant windows
• Removable wall sections for inserting oversized equipment

Structural Design

Each container is structurally designed according to your specific requirements. During the design phase, we provide detailed technical drawings, allowing you to review, consult and modify the proposed solution before production begins.

Surface Treatment

The painting process is tailored to individual requirements – from standard coatings for C3 environments to specialised multi-layer protection systems for high-demand C5 environments (industrial or coastal).

Surface preparation by blasting is standard for all containers. Any auxiliary structures are hot-dip galvanized. Coating processes are supervised by FROSIO-certified inspectors.
