We are currently manufacturing oversized containers measuring 17 × 3.8 × 4.0 meters, intended for a data center in Switzerland.

This multi-unit order is notable for both its scale and the dimensions of the containers, which come close to our all-time size record.

At the data center, these containers will house backup power systems. The entire container structure has been engineered to meet the demanding requirements of its function – including strict acoustic standards for noise reduction, which were carefully addressed at KOVAR through both design and calculation. The special wall composition, developed and approved as part of the project, was fully assembled in-house, including the installation of high-performance acoustic doors.

Other equipment in the container, including high-quality surface preparation and corrosion-resistant coating, was selected to match the unit’s location and the customer’s specifications.

The container has been dimensioned using structural calculations to withstand heavy loads from the generator and auxiliary equipment. The container alone weighs 32 tonnes, and loading took place in our hall using two cranes. The entire transport unit measures 34 meters in length.
