The company KOVAR s.r.o. (Ltd.) was transformed into a joint-stock company on July 1, 2013.

The new name of our company is now:

KOVAR a.s.

Date of registration of the change: July 1, 2013.

Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section B, Insert No. 10468.

All other company details, such as the address, Company ID (IČ), and VAT ID (DIČ), remain unchanged.

As of July 1, 2013, a new Board of Directors was also appointed with the following members:
Mr. Ing. Petr Cedidla, Chairman of the Board, CEO
Mr. Pavel Bambuch, Vice-Chairman of the Board, Sales Director
Ms. Petra Dřevojánková, Member of the Board, Procurement Director
